MOTOR
Arken Generator uses only heavy duty, low fuel consumption, mechanical or electronic type governor mounted on fuel pump that provides precise speed adjustment and regulation, oil, air or water cooling according to diesel cooling type, oil, fuel and air filter system designed for heavy duty conditions that provide long life or high performance operation of diesel, 4-stroke, direct injection industrial type diesel engines that meet ISO 8528, ISO 3046 specifications, have necessary limit and level sensors for diesel protection. Diesel engine is provided with all the necessary equipment for safe operation. Engines designed only for standby operation are not included in the production portfolio in the markets.
ALTERNATOR
Arken Generator uses original European brand alternators and alternators produced under its own brand, which have ALL NECESSARY INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATES IEC 60034-1, ISO8528-3, EN55011, BS4999-5000 VDE 0530, depending on the power and demand, in its generator sets. High-performance, high-efficiency alternators that show high performance under all conditions have all quality certificates and comply with world standards.
COOLING SYSTEMS
Arken Generator, in order to meet the variations such as usability, ease of spare parts, high performance and maximum efficiency, selects its radiators from the original radiators of the engine company in the generator set or applies the radiators approved by the engine company to the generator sets.
CHASSIS
Arken Generator manufactures its own chassis based on international standards for all generator sets. Chassis are designed and manufactured from sheet metal or profile content to provide high resistance to vibration and tension.
TANK
Arken Generator uses a daily fuel tank inside the chassis in generator sets up to 800 kVA. External foot type fuel tanks are provided in larger power sets.
Fuel tanks can be manufactured from plate steel sheet or other suitable materials in accordance with the relevant standards. Arken fuel tanks mainly include;
- Fuel filler port and cap
- Tank ventilation
- Fuel outlet valve
- Fuel return connection
- Tank drain plug
- Sediment, etc. accumulation section
- Fuel level transparent indicator
CABIN
To provide sound insulation (ISO8528-10:1998) and to protect the generator from the corrosive effects of external weather conditions, cabins or containers are used according to the size of the generator or the level of sound intensity. While the priority is only the sound level when designing the cabins, in addition to the conditions determined by the ISO3046 and ISO8528 standards, the generator is designed to provide the declared power in a tropical climate, at 50’C ambient temperature, 30% relative humidity and at sea level. The cabins have features such as compact structure, low height, low noise level, easy access to the engine-alternator and control panel, two-point lifting, exhaust silencer hidden inside the cabin for safety and corrosion prevention, and the ability to be disassembled.
